What you'll be doing
Empower's remote U.S. opening supports stock-plan service operations through quality reviews, approvals, research, reconciliations, and resolution of escalated processing items.
Your day-to-day
- Review stock-plan processing and apply quality-control standards
- Check transactions and escalated items against established procedures
- Support research, reconciliations, and reprocessing where needed
- Coordinate with operations, service, compliance, and external vendors
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent additional experience as described by the employer
- 3+ years of brokerage, brokerage operations, or stock-plan services experience
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 registrations are required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail
